The Networking Reception of Economic and Technical Seminars was held by Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta, on Nov 14th. Mr. Lan Lijun, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, and Mr. Fang Qiuchen, Minister Counsellor attended and addressed the reception. Ms. Rika Kiswardani, Acting Head of Bureau for Technical Cooperation, State Secretariat and other 30 Indonesian officials and technicians who had taken part in the economic and technical seminars held in China by Ministry of Commerce, P. R. China, were invited to the reception.
Seminar participants expressed their deep impression by the rapid growth of Chinese economy and confidence in further strengthening strategic partnership between China and Indonesia.
By the end of October 2007, more than 500 officials and technical personnel from Indonesia have participated in the seminars or training courses which has been a form of human resources development cooperation between China and Indonesia, as well as that of China's foreign aid to Indonesia. |
